Effects of Malnutrition:

Malnutrition can have many different types of effects on the human body. Poor nutrition habits can eventually lead to higher blood pressure, tooth decay, high cholesterol, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and being overweight or obese. Some diseases that can occur from malnutrition are at least 13 types of cancer, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis, and more.
